Q: How do I buy cards?

A: Card prices at Bingo9 vary between £ 0.15 and £ 1.00 depending on the type of game and the time of day.

Q: Can I keep the same cards for the next round?
A: Yes. As long as you remain in the same game room, the assortment of cards you can choose from will remain the same (unless you request an entirely new assortment of cards by clicking the small button labeled with two arrows). You can therefore choose the same card(s) from the same assortment from round to round if you wish. If you leave a particular game room for more than 5 minutes, the assortment of available game cards will automatically change when you re-enter.
If you activate the AUTO BUY feature, your card(s) will remain the same from round to round until the total number of rounds you have specified are played out.
Mathematically, you have the same chance of winning a round, whether you use a card used in a previous round or an entirely new card. However, we Bingo9 buddies can be a bit particular when it comes to our winning strategies!

Q: How many people will I be playing with?
A: The number of participants varies from round to round. Check under "Current Game" to see the number of players currently participating in the round.

Q: What is Auto Daub?
A: As the bingo numbers are called, you can either daub the numbers on your card(s) yourself, or you can use the Auto Daub feature to allow the game to mark the numbers for you. The Auto Daub feature is activated by default, and gives you more leisure to chat during rounds, play additional cards per round and sip your tea! If you wish to daub your cards yourself, simply make sure the "Auto daub" feature is left unchecked in the "Settings" dialog. Rest assured that you will never miss a bingo even if you should fail to mark a number or two. The game calls bingo for you!

Q: What happens if I get disconnected?
A: If you log out or are disconnected before or during a game round, don't worry! The round will progress as usual and if your card(s) get bingo, the money will automatically be credited to your Bingo9 account.
Depending on your Internet connection, you can remain logged in at Bingo9 for as long as you wish. However, you will be automatically logged out if you remain inactive for 1 hour. Remember: You can purchase cards in advance and win at bingo, even when you are not logged in at your computer.

Q: How do I cash out my winnings?
A: Your balance will be securely held in your Bingo9 account until you wish to make a withdrawal.
